YOGA
Yoga has been cherished for centuries as a holistic approach to nourishing the mind, body, and spirit. Originating in ancient India, this time-honoured practice has evolved and adapted to meet the needs of modern individuals seeking balance, flexibility, strength, and peace amidst the demands of daily life.
It would be an honour to help you discover the transformative power of this ancient practice in a serene and welcoming environment.

yoga & me
My yoga journey started in 2015 when I sustained a hamstring injury whilst dancing. Yoga helped me not only to heal my injury but to be patient with myself in the process.
In general I like to teach a Hatha flow class. Correct alignment is essential to both my practice & teaching and I love to combine this precision with a continuous flowy class that almost feel like dancing.
My classes place a lot of importance on using correct breathing techniques as a way to combat stress, reduce anxiety and improve mental clarity.

Do you offer private yoga lessons?
Yes I do. I offer private and small group classes for individuals, events & corporate groups at home, at your hotel or in a location of your choice.
What equipment do I need for a yoga class?
To start off with just a yoga mat & some comfortable clothes. For regular classes, 2 yoga blocks and a yoga strap can be very useful.
Are your classes suitable for beginners (yoga)
My hatha yoga classes are suitable for beginners but I would suggest taking a few classes before coming to a vinyasa or a power yoga class. This will allow you to familiarise youself with the practice and prevent possible injury.
